High Intensity Interval Training or HIIT is a type of progressive resistance exercise characterized by a high level of effort and relatively brief and infrequent workouts.

You’ll work with dumbbells, medicine balls, kettlebells and a variety of other specially picked weight & cardio machine to combine training session that use HIIT, circuit, strength, cardio and functional training.

Work at 70% capacity and you can still burn between 300-500 calories.
